Famous duos Harbhajan Singh and Geeta Basra are going to make their love official this year on October 29th. It’s a famous Celebrity Wedding you’ll never forget. Geeta Basra, an actress hails from London will tie knot this month with Indian spinner Harbhajan Singh. The intimate affair will be held in front of close friends and family and will take place in Hotel Club Cabana, Phagwara which is around 20 km from Jalandhar.
The couple’s stunning Wedding Card is packed neatly in appealing bright red box with personalized gold ribbon at the bottom. Celeb’s first names and their initials (G and H) are carved in a magnificent manner on a shiny golden metal plate.
It will be a typical Punjabi style Wedding and will last for 5 days. The members of Indian Cricket team will also be invited.
According to sources, Harbhajan’s Sherwani will be designed by Raghavendra Rathore and Geeta’s ceremonial dresses by Archana Kochhar and Babita Malkani. On her Big Day she’ll be going to wear a dazzling heavy Ghaghara in red and gold.
Geeta has opted for Ghaghara’s for all other ceremonies like Sangeet (Oct. 27), Mehendi (Oct. 28), Wedding (Oct. 29) and Reception (Nov. 1)
Harbhajan’s family will be gifting an ideal diamond set for their bahu-to-be. A ritual called Chauka Chadhna (entering kitchen) will be performed after the Wedding wherein the bride will be expected to prepare any sweet dish and serve it to his extended family.
